The control system adopts advanced self-developed software patents. Classify items according to preset rules using high-speed sliding sliders, and then automatically feed the sorted items into the corresponding conveyor belt or collection area When the slider type sorting machine is in operation, the goods are scanned on the front-end packaging conveyor and then transported to the slider sorting machine. There are circular chains on both sides of the slider sorting machine frame, and a pallet is connected in the middle of the chain. The pallet moves along the conveying direction with the rotation of the chain. There is a small gap between every two adjacent pallets, which can support irregularly shaped goods. Each pallet is equipped with a slider, which can slide left and right along the pallet through the guidance of the bottom fork assembly and slider guide rail. The slider guide rail corresponds one-to-one with the sorting outlet. When the goods arrive at the exit to be sorted, the fork assembly moves to move the slider to the left or right, pushing the goods to the sorting exit. The angle between the slider guide rail at the sorting outlet and the conveying direction is 30 °, so the goods flow out along a direction that is 30 ° with the main line.
