Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for pre-sales technical support for the project, fully understanding project information;
2. Responsible for project planning and design, developing technical solutions that align with the company's direction and meet customer needs;

3. Familiar with the characteristics of similar products in the market, complete product selection work;
4. Responsible for drafting technical agreements and assisting sales engineers in preparing technical proposals;
5. Assist in participating in project business bidding work, responsible for project technical bidding;
6. Responsible for project implementation tracking, guiding equipment assembly and debugging, and assisting in customer communication;
7. Responsible for providing technical Q&A and after-sales training services to customers;
8. Regularly conduct internal technical exchanges and sharing, and provide product technical training to relevant departments;
9. Proficient in relevant laws and regulations, continuously learning peripheral products and technologies;
10. According to the company's needs, write and organize industry market and product plans, and provide reasonable suggestions for new product development;
11. Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in logistics engineering, mechanical engineering, or automatic control, etc;
2. More than three years of work experience in logistics and warehousing system integration planning and design;
3. Strong language expression and communication coordination skills;
4. Proficient in using drawing software such as Auto CAD and office software;
5. Physically healthy, humble, meticulous and rigorous, able to adapt to business trips;
6. Experience in the field of conveyor systems or automated logistics is preferred.
