Yierkang e-commerce is mainly based on the sales of shoes, and the operation mode of shoes in the e-commerce warehouse is completely different from the operation mode of clothing or other products, due to the relatively large volume of shoes, more SKUs (there are differences in style, color, number, etc.), and the orders are more than a single goods, and the packaging is more troublesome, so the warehouse picking area of shoes is relatively large, and there are more packaging operators, and the picking method is also more special.
