The garment business has the characteristics of strong seasonality, strong regionality, diverse demand changes, and fast update cycle, which makes the reverse logistics in the garment industry highly mobile, uncontrolled, complex network, many reasons for returns, and high time requirements.
The warehouses of each brand of Yinger clothing are independent, and each brand handles the delivery and return separately, which increases the difficulty of logistics from the management. It is more complicated for goods that are returned in reverse logistics. The store has differentiated the brand of the returned goods before returning them to the warehouse, so the returned goods are directly entered into the respective brand warehouses according to the brand. However, there are sub-categories such as year, style, and color for the storage methods of each brand warehouse, and the workload is very large. The three main brands of "Yin'er", "Psalm" and "Enshang" are handled in their respective regions. Before the warehouse shelf operation, it is necessary to go through quality inspection, warehousing scanning, and manual classification of 3 node operations, and the manpower of each brand to deal with the return is: warehousing scanning * 1 person, commodity classification * 1 person, *3 brand areas a total of 6 people, each brand handles an average of 5000 ~ 1W pieces / day.
